Sarawak to acquire phone application for foreign worker permits

Sarawak will going to get a phone application for a general data provider to get rid of  bureaucracy, and also to make it easy and accelerate while the application for foreign worker permits, mentioned  Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg. Sarawak state government gives 5 years work permit for expatriate in selected industry

The Sarawak government will be giving expatriates working in selected economic industries, for instance digital and energy industry, a 5 years work permit, repeal the current way of renewing the permits every year in a try to get in-need universal expertise to its states. "Any  expatriates  who will be working with any company from selected industries will be able to make application for a 5 years work permit directly instead of yearly,” mentioned Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg. When the meanwhile stop on the intake of Indonesian workers was implemented on Aug 1, Andi and Todi were in Sarawak already. The two friends had entered Malaysia a few days before the restrictions were lifted, arriving in Kuching from Pontianak before heading on to Sibu.  Like thousands of other migrant workers throughout the country, they came in the hope of finding a job to provide a better life for their families back home. While it took less than a day for them to travel from Lombok to Pontianak, they had to spend more than 10 hours on the road from there to Sibu, switching vehicles twice.  They took a one-and-a-half-hour flight from Lombok to Jakarta, then boarded another flight from the Indonesian capital to Pontianak.  When they arrived at the Pontianak airport, they were picked up in a van and taken to a lodging house where they were told to be ready by 5am the following day.  At dawn the next day, the same driver came to pick them up and drove them from Pontiana

高级签证10月开放外国人申请 可获20年居留证求学购房投资

  政府周四宣布推出投资居住性质的马来西亚高级签证计划 (PVIP),并于今年10月1日开放于申请,唯不包括以色列及与我国没有邦交的国家。 内政部长拿督斯里韩沙再努丁说,政府放眼在这项计划推出的第一年吸引至少1000人参加,为国家带来约2亿令吉收入和10亿令吉的定期存款。 他说,在这项计划下,参与者可获得长达20年的居留证以在我国求学、购 房地产(根据地方当局政策)如住宅建筑、商业或工业建筑物,并在获准的区域投资以及在我国法律允许的范围经商。 他周四(9月1日)在记者会上宣布,这项计划的申请人数上限是包括我的第二家园计划(MM2H)参加人数总和,不可以超过我国总人口1%。 他说,内阁已于8月17日的会议批准这项申请。
